Though a complete sample verification questionnaire already drawn up in advance, the Society is going to verify the correct enterprise interpretation of the fiscal norm succeded in time.

With such instrument the enterprise is subject to a simulation of a fiscal verificetion, run by experts of proven experiences, so to:

  • put in evidence and quantify the areas of fiscal risk;
  • learn and, where possible, to correct eventual lacks of fiscal registrations;
  • adjust administrative procedures to the new fiscal dispositions;
  • prevent wrong interpretations of norm of law

Fiscal Updates for the enterprises

  • The Society organizes periodically a series of Update Seminars so to illustrate to the enterprises its clients the new national tributary norms.
  • The Society, under specific request of the enterprises, organizes a series of Formation Seminaries regarding the tributary formation for the administrative personnel.

National Fiscal Planning

  • Setting and restructuring of societas (fusions, conferring, trasformations, enterprise and aquisition);
